Rounds 8 & 9 – Snetterton Important Information – Please Read It’s the Grand Finalé – with Round 8 on Saturday, followed by our ninth and final round on Sunday. Don’t forget, we’re also hosting our end-of-season prizegiving after the Round 9 trophies have been handed out. So if you can, please stay for the ceremony on Sunday evening.Once again, it’s a busy couple of days on the track. However, with Drifting taking place exclusively on the 100 circuit, the schedule is less pressured on the 200. As you’re aware, we’re holding our Modified Live show on Sunday and with the number of car clubs attending coupled with the number of advance tickets sold, we should have a plenty of spectators joining us.Live streaming this weekend will feature the Qualifying and Final sessions on Sunday, with an exclusive intro and video produced to build up the excitement.Please find herewith important information ahead of the event. Please read the final instructions for details and timings. This will require cars being taken to the scrutineering bay for inspection, together with race suits, helmets, boots and gloves. TICKETS & ARRIVAL You will shortly receive your tickets via the MSV Print @ Home system. If not, please check your junk folder and if they have not landed there, please let me know. PLEASE NOTE: Your ticket is valid for Saturday and Sunday. You do not need two tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased in advance here: Saturday: https://snetterton.msv.com/SN-21-Time Sunday: https://snetterton.msv.com/SN-21-Modified Time Attack has arranged a 10% discount on tickets ONLY for use by competitors and teams. Please use code: MOD21SN (please don’t share).Tickets can also be purchased on the gate. The paddock and pit garages can be accessed from 17.30 on Friday, after the track day participants have vacated. As you will see, the pit garages are a bit of a squeeze, so please bear with us if things are a bit tight or you are not allocated a garage. Please remember to allow extra journey time getting to the circuit on Sunday, as there is likely to be queuing traffic entering the show. TRAILERS: These must be moved to the area indicated on the plan. Whilst there is no physical signing on, please visit the race office from 7.30am on Saturday (8.00am on Sunday) and to have your competition licence checked and to collect your wristbands and transponder. Spare decals are available if you need them.Competitors may stay overnight in the paddock. Toilets and shower facilities are available. Security will be on duty overnight. DRIVERS’ BRIEFINGS We will be holding a face-to-face drivers’ briefing at 8.15am on Saturday in the meeting/hospitality room above the Circuit Office.RWYB: A briefing will be held in the paddock office at midday on Saturday from those who did not atttend the earlier brieifing.Sunday only competitors (TA & RWYB): A briefing will be held in the paddock office at 8.15am on Sunday. Drivers who have competed on Saturday do not need to attend another briefing.Please note the following and take action as required… SELF DECLARATION SIGNING ON & SCRUTINEERING FORM If you haven’t done so yet, please complete this NOW!
