Club Stand Booking – Simple Guide
- Club Registration – The club coordinator submits an online form (via the black button) to register the club.
- Unique Code – We send the coordinator a code to share with members.
- Member Booking – Members enter the code and their details (via the green button) to book their spot.
- Automatic Allocation – The system assigns your club the right-sized space—no need to update numbers manually.
- Club Entry List – Coordinators can log-in to view registered members.
- Event Details – Instructions and vehicle passes are emailed directly to members before the event.
- Tickets – All drivers and passengers need tickets, purchased in advance or at the gate for passengers.
That’s it! The system is fully automated—just register, share the code, and let members book in.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a new car club register for Modified Live?
Yes. We welcome new and established car clubs. Your club organiser simply needs to create an account and complete the event registration process.
Can our club return if we have attended before?
Yes. Returning club organisers can use their existing Club of Clubs account to register for the new event. Members will need to complete the relevant event booking.
Does my car need to be heavily modified?
No. We welcome a wide variety of interesting vehicles, from lightly modified road cars to extensively tuned and performance-focused builds. All displays remain subject to event entry requirements.
Do I need to be a member of a car club?
To display on a club stand, you must register using that club’s booking code. If you’re not a club member, you can still apply to display your car in our individual display area.

Do I need an admission ticket as well as a club vehicle pass?
Yes. Your admission ticket provides entry to the event, while your club vehicle pass allows your registered car into the allocated display area.
Can passengers come with me?
Yes. Passengers are welcome, but each person requiring admission must have a valid ticket. Please check the event ticket information for the applicable prices and age categories.
When will I receive my vehicle pass?
Vehicle passes and final joining instructions are issued before the event. Please ensure the email address used for registration is correct.
Can we choose where our club stand will be located?
Club stands are allocated by the event organisers, taking into account registered vehicle numbers and the available display space. Specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
What if I’m not sure whether my club has registered?
Contact your club organiser first. They will be able to confirm whether the club is attending and provide the booking code.
When do club bookings close?
The 2027 booking deadline will be announced when registration opens. We recommend registering early to allow sufficient time for stand planning.

Not in a Car Club? You Can Still Display Your Car
You don’t need to belong to a car club to be part of Modified Live.
Our individual display area gives owners the opportunity to bring their modified, tuned or performance cars to the show without joining a club stand.
